Our University Hosted the Evaluation Committee Within the Scope of TURAK Accreditation Processes

Our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department hosted the evaluation committee as part of the accreditation processes of the Tourism Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board (TURAK). During the visit, hosted by our Chair of the Board of Trustees, Nilüfer Bulut, and our Rector, Prof. Dr. Şeyma Aydınoğlu, our academic standards were meticulously examined. The evaluation committee also attended a special gastronomic presentation prepared by our department's students and academics.
