Istanbul Galata University Purchasing Directorate plans all procurement processes needed in accordance with the strategies and policies of the University and is responsible for carrying out these processes following the “Foundation Higher Education Institutions Tender Regulation” in line with the objectives of transparent, economical, effective fulfillment of these processes and the most efficient use of existing resources.
