We were delighted to welcome representatives of IED – Istituto Europeo di Design, one of Italy's leading institutions in design education, to Istanbul Galata University.

During their visit, we had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Stefano Ercolano, Area Manager, and Prof. Attila Veress, Creative Director.

The meeting was attended by our Director of Finance and Strategy, Vice Rector, Secretary General, academic staff from the Departments of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design and Communication Design, representatives of the International Office, and the Director of our Continuing Education Center.

The program included presentations introducing our university and relevant units, followed by productive discussions on student and staff mobility opportunities, joint projects, academic collaborations in the field of design, and potential future areas of cooperation.

We would like to thank Mr. Stefano Ercolano and Prof. Attila Veress for their kind visit and valuable contributions. We look forward to strengthening the collaboration between our institutions and exploring new opportunities for partnership in the future.
